John Wiltshire, CM - President & CEO
A highly accomplished senior executive with experience in marketing and product strategies, John is currently in the position of President – CEO for the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA). In this role, John provides the overall strategy and execution of the CMA mandate and champions the fundraising and product development of a new Chartered Marketer designation. Prior to this role, John spent over 20 years as a senior executive in the financial industry. His core strengths include product design, branding, promotions and communication.
John is renowned for using a combination of diplomacy, tenacious leadership, strong core values and objective decision making to deliver results. His strong leadership and operational expertise as well as his people-first approach has left a significant impact on the companies he has worked for and the people he has worked with.

Sarah Bertucci - Chief Financial Officer
Sarah is a Senior Executive Team member reporting to the President, providing strategic leadership and direction of the Finance and Operations Team. Responsible for development and review of accounting policies, practices and internal controls to ensure that CMA‘s assets are safeguarded, Sarah manages general accounting, financial reporting, payroll, benefits, insurance, budget and forecasts, treasury operations and audit. She is a practitioner of continuous improvement of the financial processes and systems supporting the organization.

Sara Clodman - Vice-President, Public Affairs & Thought Leadership
Sara is a mediator and public affairs executive with more than 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors and association management. Her key skills include a deep understanding of business and communications strategy and execution, stakeholder relations and change management. At the CMA, she directs all public affairs functions – government relations, media relations, corporate communications and reputation management. She interacts with the marketing profession’s thought-leaders to provide strategic insights and tools for Canadian marketers, guides the development of CMA positions on public policy issues, and oversees research planning and projects. Sara has an MBA in finance and is a former Vice-Chair of Toronto’s Committee of Adjustment. She has served on several boards and is active in the community – currently participating in a weekly Out of the Cold program.

Lucy Collin - Vice-President, Membership Experience
Lucy is a forward thinking strategist with a focus on marketing and sales. She has more than 25 years experience in media sales, marketing, advertising strategies, events, content marketing and social media. She is often endorsed by senior level industry executives as being trusted, innovative and highly collaborative.
As VP of Membership Experience, Lucy leads the CMA team focusing on member relationships ensuring our partners and members effectively leverage the CMA's member benefits including sponsorship, education and events, in order to deliver a customized solution that meets the needs of their organization.

Sartaj Sarkaria - Vice-President, Corporate Services
Sartaj’s creative, authentic and collaborative style promotes the CMA-wide culture. Sartaj is passionate about talent, culture, learning and engagement at CMA. With a strong understanding of what it takes to move initiatives forward. Sartaj has implemented programs to enhance leadership, development, talent management and culture. She also has experience in board management and has increase the policies of the CMA board to meet leading practices in the field.Sartaj is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association and Governance Professionals of Canada. She has a strong background in the law, best HR practices, professional development practices and project management.

Stephen Ghigliotty - Associate Vice-President, Curriculum Development
Stephen is an seasoned marketer with decades of agency and client side roles, including product development and strategic planning. He is now building the Chartered Marketer Program curriculum and in the past, developed content marketing certificate programs at the University of Toronto. Stephen’s depth of experience and focus on applied learning outcomes with a team approach is helping the CMA to redefine marketing credentials. He also works closely with the extended CMA community to inform and keep our learning offerings current, relevant and accessible.

Gabriele Janes - Senior Advisor, Learning
After 10+ years spearheading educational initiatives at the CMA, Gabriele understands what marketers need. She brings enthusiasm and critical thinking to the planning of each course, seminar and training program, while staying abreast of trends in life-long learning. She leads her team to create value through education, thought leadership and offering marketers opportunities to connect.
