CMA Do Not Mail Service

The Canadian Marketing Association does not own, compile or rent marketing lists of consumer names and addresses. CMA is a private trade association funded by its members. The Association's Do Not Mail Service is offered free of charge to consumers and allows individuals to reduce the number of personally addressed marketing offers they receive by mail.

PLEASE NOTE: Consumers interested in reducing unwanted telemarketing calls should register their phone number with the National Do Not Call List operated by the Canadian government. For more information, visit CRTC's National Do Not Call List or call 1-866-580-3625 (DNCL).

For Consumers

The Canadian Marketing Association does not own, compile or rent lists of consumer names and addresses.

The CMA’s Do Not Mail Service is offered free of charge to consumers to reduce the number of addressed marketing offers they receive by mail.

For Companies

There are people on every consumer marketing list who just aren't interested in receiving your offers. If you know who these people are, you can delete them from your list, thereby reducing both consumer complaints and production costs.

With the CMA Do Not Mail Service you get access to tens of thousands of addresses, updated monthly, of consumers who have registered to reduce the number of marketing offers they receive.
